Denise and I would like to thank you most sincerely for all you did for us. It is so overwhelming to think of all the things that have to be done when losing a loved one, plus all the emotional feelings involved when making preparations to bid them farewell that we would not have been able to cope without your wonderful, caring and professional help. We cannot begin to imagine what it is like to have to deal wih sadness every day, yet you were able to comfort us and assist us in making the necessary decisions.
You truly live up to your mission statement -Dignity-Simplicity-Affordability.

By chance - more than by design - my wife Betty and I were among the earliest people to sign up for the services of Baker and Baker when they first started operating in Richmond (we were living in the Byrne Valley at the time).
When my mother died a few years ago Melissa and her Mom took care of the cremation and the formalities.
When Betty died recently Melissa and her Mom also took care of collecting her body, the various formalities, and the cremation in a most professional and caring way. Melissa went out of her way to deliver documents to me at home in Howick, to come to the house for me to complete various formalities, and to chat to me at length. All greatly appreciated at a very sad time.
I'm confident they will do the same for me some day.
